Hamilton & Ashrowan's joint practice explores the 'reverie of landscape' through high definition video imagery and stills. In creating their work, they utilise state of the art visual display technologies to create immersive audio-visual environments (dioramas) and expanded digital canvasses. 22 Movements' 22 screens, 2 projectors moving image installation - Threshold
Artspace at Perth Concert Hall, Scotland.
'Threshold Artspace'
- transformation of the New Perth Concert Hall into an intelligent building,
using embedded projections, multiple screens, sound and light display, sensors
and cameras.
2003
'Windmills of Innerliethen'
A Multi-screen video and surround sound installation in a shopfront premises
in Innerleithen - an immersive experience of the Bowbeat windfarm in an
ordinary shop within the heart of the community to which it is connected.
This work was subsequently shown at the Edinburgh International Film Festival
and toured internationally as part of Drift.
'Reception'
Three video installations for Ledingham Chalmers, an international law firm.
'Reception' explores the nature of how people enter and leave a space.

Threshold10
Research and development into Threshold 10, an artistic collaboration exploring
how responsive and interactive digital artworks can be used to enhance peoples
experience of entering and being within spaces.
