a landscape symphony in 22 movements A 25 minute video and sound installation using four
framed LCD screens. The work was inspired by the site where Millais
painted, 'The Sound of Many Waters' in Perthshire. Exhibited at Art
Manchester, The Ruskin Gallery (Cambridge) and Threshold Artspace

vortex A celebration of the form and energy of the vortex. Spirals are a basic form of motion in nature, this work recognises the primal vortex form as a principal system of movement in the universe. |

rainbow In creating the work 'rainbow', we were led more by a sense of awe at what was unfolding in front of us, than a deep knowledge of the reasons for it occurring. Drawing on Goethe, this piece aims to "to marvel at colour’s occurrences and meanings, to admire and, if possible, to uncover colour’s secrets" |

the windmills of innerleithen The Windmills of Innerleithen is an immersive cinematic environment, with looped, multi-channel projections on 3 walls and surround sound. It premiered in a micro cinema we set up for one week within a small shop in the Scottish Borders town of Innerleithen. |
